The SmartTrash Monitoring App is a mobile-based application developed to support the monitoring process of smart trash bins installed in various buildings and departments. This application is part of an integrated monitoring ecosystem that enables users to observe station conditions, check bin monitoring data, and review the operational status of the system in a more flexible way through smartphones.

With this application, monitoring activities do not have to be carried out only through desktop devices or web dashboards. Important information related to station conditions, monitoring status, and field supervision can be accessed more easily by authorized internal users according to their roles and responsibilities.

Please note that this application is not intended for public use. The SmartTrash mobile application is specifically provided only for certain internal parties who have official duties in the monitoring and supervision process of the Smart Trash Bin Monitoring System.

The main users of this application are field officers/petugas and heads of department/ketua jurusan who have been registered in the system by the administrator. This means that not everyone can freely use the application even if they already have the APK file. Access to the system still depends on whether the user account has been created and granted permission by the admin.

For security, control, and system governance reasons, application distribution is directed only to users who are truly involved in the operational or supervisory flow. This policy is implemented so that monitoring data remains controlled, system access remains secure, and mobile usage stays aligned with each user’s authority.

Before downloading the application, please ensure that you are an authorized internal user and that your account has already been created by the administrator. If you are not registered in the system, the application cannot be used to access monitoring features even after installation is complete.

If you are a field officer or head of department and have not yet received an account, please contact the system administrator first. The admin will verify your role and grant access according to your institutional assignment and monitoring needs.

This mechanism is important to maintain data security, access accountability, and orderly management of the SmartTrash Monitoring System. Therefore, the application is not distributed as a public consumer app, but as a controlled internal supporting tool.
